The project to invest in the construction of Ring Road 2.5 section passing through Thanh Xuan ward is one of the key projects of the city. The implementation process has led to a large volume of work related to site clearance, asset relocation, and dismantling of works of many households subject to land acquisition.
In that context, the militia force of Thanh Xuan ward actively participated in supporting people to move belongings, dismantle works, and transport household items to new residences.
From early morning to late at night, in land clearance areas, the green militia uniform is always present to support households in difficult circumstances, the elderly, lonely families or those with large amounts of property. Many people, regardless of the hot sun and dust, directly carry furniture, dismantle corrugated iron roofs, iron doors, transport tables, chairs, and household items to help people reduce pressure during relocation.
Outside the site clearance area, the Ring Road 2.5 project construction site is always brightly lit with a bustling construction cycle day and night.
The sound of excavators, cranes, and trucks operating continuously, workers and demolition forces urgently handled the works in the land recovery area.
Many items have been completely dismantled, the ground is gradually cleared, revealing the appearance of the road being accelerated by the city.
Previously, Thanh Xuan ward awarded 63 support packages, with a total value of 315 million VND, to families of people with meritorious services, social protection beneficiaries and households in difficult circumstances in the site clearance area of the Ring Road 2.5 project, Nguy Nhu Kon Tum - Nguyen Trai section.
On the same occasion, Thanh Xuan ward awarded 116 unexpected support packages and gifts to children in particularly difficult circumstances on the occasion of International Children's Day June 1st, 2026. The total amount of support was 456 million VND, deducted from the ward's "For the Poor" Fund.
Standing Deputy Secretary of Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee Tran Thi Thu Ha emphasized that the Ring Road 2.5 project is of great significance in completing traffic infrastructure, urban embellishment and creating development momentum for the area. However, the implementation process directly affects the lives and residences of many households, so the ward determines that site clearance work must be both drastic, in accordance with regulations, on schedule, and ensure humanity, close to the people, close to the people, and share the legitimate difficulties of the people.
