The People's Committee of Quang Tri province emphasized that the management and use of offices and public assets must be strict and efficient, not to let go of loss or waste. Abandoned works and real estate facilities that are no longer in need of use will be handled in accordance with legal regulations such as converting the purpose to become medical, educational, cultural and sports facilities; or assigning the Land Fund Development Center to manage and exploit. For headquarters and real estate facilities that can be sold, leased, or transferred, they will be made public and transparent in accordance with the correct order.

The Provincial People's Committee also requires heads of agencies, units and localities to take responsibility if there are prolonged and prolonged delays, causing waste in handling public assets. In case of detecting violations or lax management, the province will resolutely handle them according to regulations.
