On January 9, information from the General Department of THADS said that this agency has just sent a document to the Directors of the THADS Departments of provinces and centrally-run cities regarding the organization of enforcement related to real estate projects.
According to this document, in the past time, the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement has always determined that the seizure and handling of assets is an important step in the process of organizing the execution of judgments, especially the seizure and handling of assets that are real estate projects to avoid waste, negativity, violations, and corruption.
Thanks to that, the execution results of the following year are always higher than the previous year (in 2024, there will be an increase of nearly 46,000 cases and nearly 28,000 billion compared to the same period in 2023); at the same time, corruption and negative acts in the whole system will be prevented.
However, compared to the requirements, the execution results are still low; there are cases where the processing time is still long and the value of assets has decreased.
The Director General of the General Department of THADS requested the Directors of the General Department of THADS of localities to seriously focus on reviewing and strictly implementing the conclusions and directions of the leaders of the Ministry of Justice and the General Department of THADS.
Further raise awareness of the importance of enforcement work related to real estate projects, considering this as one of the key solutions to carry out two tasks: both completing assigned targets and tasks and strictly implementing the Party and State's policies on combating waste, negativity and corruption.
The organization thoroughly disseminates to the collective and individuals in each THADS agency the responsibility to not delay or waste related to THADS tasks. Each Enforcement Officer who delays THADS due to the fault of the Enforcement Officer or THADS Agency must be held responsible before the law. The head of the THADS agency and the Party Committee in the unit need to organize research and propose solutions to speed up the progress of THADS in order to limit and completely overcome waste in THADS.
Instruct the Enforcement Officers in the unit when developing a plan to organize the execution of judgments to simultaneously carry out tasks, both to combat waste and to combat negativity and violations, considering this as the motto of action in each task and each specific THADS case. The above contents must be completed in January 2025.
Review and grasp the situation of all cases being implemented related to real estate projects, especially in economic and corruption cases, credit and banking cases. Analyze the causes, evaluate carefully, clarify problems; thereby providing timely solutions.
The General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement has requested localities to make a list of all enforcement cases related to real estate projects that are being enforced. Report the results to the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement before January 17, 2025.
