National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just announced the auction of land use rights for 81 plots of land (phase 2) in the Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi city on March 22.
The plots of land are divided into 2 groups of land according to each starting price and purchase price. The plots of land have an area of 76.55 - 189.73 m2/plot with a starting price of 11.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to 880 million VND to 2.16 billion VND. Auction participants need to deposit from 170 million VND to 200 million VND/plot.
Previously, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company announced on March 15 that Thanh Oai district will auction residential land use rights for 89 plots of land (phase 1) in the Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi city.
Accordingly, the plots of land have an area of 87 - 161 m2/plot with a starting price of 11 - 17.2 million VND/m2. The form and method of auction is to auction each plot of land by direct secret ballot in one round according to the method of bidding up.
The time for selling and receiving auction documents is from 8:00 a.m. on February 26 to 5:00 p.m. on March 12, at the Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company and Thanh Oai District Stadium Operator. Customers pay deposits from 8:00 a.m. on February 26 to 5:00 p.m. on March 12 to the bank account of Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 a.m. on March 15, at Thanh Oai District Gymnasium (located in Kim Bai Town, Thanh Oai District, Hanoi City).
