It is expected that on June 14, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will coordinate with the Ung Hoa District Land Fund Development Center to organize an auction of 6 plots of land with a total area of 1,348.7 m2 in Trach Bai village, Hoa Lam commune (now Tram Long commune), Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city.
The plots of land have an area of 212 - 239m2, starting price from 7.4 - 7.7 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction, with a minimum of 1 mandatory round and a maximum of 2 rounds.
The starting price of the first round was approved by the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district under Decision No. 2765/QD-UBND dated May 26, 2025.
The starting price from the second round onwards with the highest valid price in the previous round. In the case in the previous round that all the auction participants are paid at the starting price of the round, the starting price of the next round is equal to the starting price of the previous round, plus a price step of the previous round.
In the first round of auction, the price is 10,000,000 VND/m2 of land. Auction participants only pay a maximum of 2 applicable price steps for each applicable bid in 1 mandatory round. In the second round of auction, the price is 200,000 VND/m2 of land. Auction participants are bid at an unlimited number of bidding steps for each bidding.
Auction participants can locally research the land plot, auctioned plots or contact Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company in advance to schedule a field trip in Trach Bai village, Hoa Lam commune (now Tram Long commune), Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city (during the 3-day consecutive working hours from the date of listing the property auction until before the auction opening date) on June 2 - 4, 2025.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on May 29 to 5:00 p.m. on June 11. The auction will start at 8:00 a.m. on June 14, 2025 at the Ung Hoa District Cultural, Information and Sports Center.
Previously, on May 5, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company successfully organized an auction of land use rights for 24 plots of land with a total area of 6,028.9m2 in the BT02 area of Van Dinh town, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city.
The plots of land have an area of 248 - 268m2, starting price from 17.2 - 18.6 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction, with a minimum of 1 mandatory round and a maximum of 2 rounds according to the method of bidding up.
Today's auction attracted 66 customers with about 300 applications. At the end of the session, all 24 plots of land were successfully auctioned. Accordingly, the plot with the highest winning price was 63.6 million VND/m2. After this auction, Ung Hoa district is expected to collect more than 278 billion VND.
