According to initial information, at around 8:30 a.m. on June 4, people discovered smoke rising in the balcony of the apartment on the 14th floor of HH4A Linh Dam apartment building (Hoang Liet ward, Hoang Mai district).
The incident was quickly reported to the authorities. The fire prevention and fighting force quickly extinguished the initial fire.
At the scene, 5 fire trucks and ladder trucks were present under the apartment building with officers, firefighters and rescue workers. At around 8:40 a.m., the fire was extinguished.
Initial information has not recorded any human casualties. The cause of the fire is currently being clarified.
Previously, on May 27, a fire also broke out at the 6th floor apartment of HH2A Linh Dam, Hoang Liet, Hoang Mai apartments.
As soon as smoke was discovered rising from the bedroom, the fire fighting force at the building's fire fighting station quickly instructed residents to evacuate and used fire extinguishers and fire hoses to extinguish the fire.
