Thach That Commune People's Committee has issued a notice on the dismantling of land-violating works in the commune.
Accordingly, Thach That Commune People's Committee requested Ms. N.T. T to strictly and fully implement the contents of Decision No. 1151/QD-CCXP dated October 1, 2025 of the Chairman of Thach That Commune People's Committee on coercive enforcement of remedial measures against Ms. N.T. T, in Co Gia field, Ngu Son village, Thach That commune.
Thach That Commune People's Committee requested that before February 23, Ms. N.T. T move all raw materials, materials, and assets out of the area where she committed the violation, and restore the original state before the violation.
If by 5 pm on February 23, Ms. N.T. T does not perform or does not fully perform the dismantling and relocation out of the violating area, Thach That Commune People's Committee will organize coercion according to the issued plan.
All costs for organizing coercion and property damage, Ms. N.T. T must be fully responsible and pay the costs according to regulations.
