Chuong My Ward People's Committee has just issued a notice requesting self-dismantling of construction works, moving all construction materials and components, formwork of Mr. T.V. T and Ms. N.T. D, Yen Khe residential group, Chuong My ward.
Accordingly, on December 23, 2025 and December 29, 2025, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward coordinated with the head of Yen Khe residential group to work and inspect the current status of the project for Mr. T.V. T and Ms. N.T. D, permanent residence at Yen Khe residential group, Chuong My ward, Hanoi city, built at the old power station location, Yen Khe residential group, Chuong My ward.
Currently, Mr. T.V. T's household has installed a wooden column, wooden beams, corrugated iron roof with a height of about 3.0m, an area of 48.9m2, inside gathering wooden formwork, steel scaffolding, dog breeding, building materials, and building a warehouse.
The origin of the land, according to Chuong My Ward People's Committee, is public land managed by the Ward People's Committee (old power station). At the working session, the inspection team requested Mr. T.V. T and Ms. N.T. D to self-repair the consequences and complete the dismantling before December 31, 2025.
On December 30, 2025 and January 6, 2026, Mr. T.V. T and Ms. N.T. D's family voluntarily dismantled the corrugated iron roof, moved some wood and formwork.
However, through inspection on January 20, 2026, it was discovered that Mr. T.V. T and Ms. N.T. D still did not comply with the contents of the Minutes dated December 29, 2025 of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department, and continued to re-construct (re-roofing with corrugated iron, covering with tarpaulin, gathering construction materials).
The Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward requests Mr. T.V. D and Ms. N.T. D to seriously implement the following contents: Request Mr. T.V. T and Ms. N.T. D to self-remedy the consequences, self-dismantle all construction items, move all construction materials, wooden formwork, and furniture out of the violating location to restore the original state of the land plot, in accordance with the contents committed on December 29, 2025.
The time to complete the remedy of consequences is before February 6, 2026. After the above time, Mr. T.V. T and Ms. N.T. D will not voluntarily remedy the consequences; The Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward will organize forces to enforce and dismantle the above-mentioned project according to regulations.
Request the head of Yen Khe residential group to regularly inspect and report the implementation results of Mr. T.V. T and Ms. N.T. D to Chuong My Ward People's Committee, through the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My Ward.
The Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward requests the two individuals mentioned above to seriously comply and implement the contents of this notice.
