According to the announcement, 80 land plots have a total area of 9,562.08m2, of which the majority have an area of 120m2, in addition, there are some plots with a width of 112m2 and 122m2.
The starting price is divided into two levels. Land plots with an area of 120m2 are priced at 8.4 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 1.008 billion VND per plot.
For plots with areas of 112m2 and 122m2, the starting price is 10.08 million VND/m2.
Some lots located at locations such as No. 1, 10, 11, 20, 21, 39 and 40 have larger areas, so the starting value ranges from more than 1.12 billion VND to nearly 1.23 billion VND.
The auction was organized in the form of indirect voting, applying the up-pricing method with a price step of 100,000 VND/m2.
The deposit amount for each land plot is 250 million VND, while the selling price of auction participation documents is 200,000 VND/set.
According to the plan, people can see the actual location of land plots from July 1 to 3 during office hours in Dong Giang area, Lam Thao commune.
Time for selling and receiving applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on June 29th to 5:00 PM on July 15th at Phu Tho Partner Auction Company or Lam Thao Commune Economic Office.
Dossiers and bids are sent separately by post to ensure objectivity and confidentiality.
Customers participating in the auction must complete the deposit payment before 5:00 PM on July 15th by bank transfer to the account of Phu Tho Partner Auction Company.
The auction results are expected to be announced at 8:00 AM on July 18th at the Hall of Lam Thao Commune People's Committee. Participants need to bring the original citizen identification card and documents proving that they have paid the deposit to complete the procedures.
According to regulations, auction participants must be subject to land allocation by the State according to the 2024 Land Law, and at the same time meet the conditions of the Law on Property Auction and relevant legal regulations.
