On the evening of November 9, information from Phu Lien Ward said that after a period of propaganda, mobilization, and persuasion by the government, departments, branches, unions of the ward and residential groups, the family of Mr. Nguyen Duy H (residential group No. 1) voluntarily dismantled the illegal construction in the area to protect the safety of the drainage system from Hoang Quoc Viet Street to Lach Tray River.
In 2013, this project was illegally built by Ms. Do Thi N (who died in 2017). The project is located in the area within the scope of the project's recovery to build a drainage system from Phan Dang Luu Street through Hoang Quoc Viet Street to Lach Tray River.
The delay in clearing this area has affected the project progress and the overall drainage infrastructure of the area. On October 30, the People's Committee of the ward issued Decision No. 912/QD-KPHQ on the compulsory implementation of remedial measures for administrative violations. The leaders of the Ward People's Committee requested sectors, units and residential groups to continue to propagate and mobilize Mr. Nguyen Duy H's family to voluntarily dismantle the illegal construction and overcome the consequences of administrative violations.
With the support of the ward authorities, on November 9, Mr. Nguyen Duy H's household moved all assets and dismantled the illegal construction, overcoming the consequences of administrative violations.
