On November 7, the People's Committee of Phu Lien Ward held a meeting to deploy a plan to organize the implementation of remedial measures for Ms. Do Thi N (individual violator, deceased) in residential group No. 1.
Previously, in 2013, Ms. Do Thi N arbitrarily encroached on irrigation land managed by the Ward People's Committee, illegally constructing a project in the area to protect the safety of the drainage system from Hoang Quoc Viet Street to Lach Tray River. The project is currently being used by Mr. Nguyen Duy H and Mr. Nguyen D.H.
The authorities, socio-political organizations, and residential groups have repeatedly propagated, mobilized, and persuaded the family to voluntarily dismantle the illegal construction, but to date, the two individuals have not complied.
On October 30, the People's Committee of the ward issued Decision No. 912/QD-KPHQ on the compulsory implementation of remedial measures for administrative violations. It is expected that on November 11, the People's Committee of the ward will organize the implementation of remedial measures and dismantling of illegal constructions.
The leaders of the Ward People's Committee requested sectors, units and residential groups to continue to propagate and mobilize the families of Mr. Nguyen Duy H and Mr. Nguyen D.H to voluntarily dismantle the illegal construction and overcome the consequences of administrative violations. In case of non-voluntary compliance, the authorities will resolutely organize the dismantling and take remedial measures in accordance with the provisions of law.
