The La Liga organizing committee has compiled a 24-page document to guide players and clubs when participating in the competition for the rest of the season.
Phase 1: Check
All players, coaching staff, and match attendants of the 20 La Liga teams must be tested for full SARS-CoV-2 before the rematch. Even " modest" Ronaldo, who is currently the operator at Valladolid, must check.
There are a few notable cases such as Ousmane Dembele, who were expected to recover from his injury in July, so he was not registered by Barca. He must be at his residence and must not appear at Barca's headquarters.
Phase 2: Exercise alone
The tournament organizers predict that about 30 players will be sick when the general test is conducted. Any player who is found to be positive will be taken to isolation and treated, and can return to the team when recovering from illness. When a player is infected with a virus, panic will not appear in the teammates around them. All have isolation methods for F1, F2, ... and self-training.
"We should not panic when detecting new positive cases. Look at how companies and businesses are operating again, we just need to do as they are," said Spanish Sports Secretary Irene Lozano.
In fact, many players are afraid that they could become a source of infection for their families. However, President LaLiga and Tebas reassured in time.
"It is a fact that going to factories and enterprises at this time is even more dangerous than going to the team's training ground. We have measures to ensure that people continue to practice in social isolation."
Phase 3: Group in small groups
At a more relaxed level, when the teams train, they will be divided into 8 small groups, each group of 3 people.
Teams are required to upgrade and add dressing rooms, at least 3 rooms/team. Each room will serve the children in turn, ensuring that there are never more than 3 people appearing together.
When one group has finished changing clothes, the room will be disinfected to welcome the next groups. Maintain maximum ventilation in the training area, the door will be left open, avoiding hand-to-hand contact with the door handle, one of the places where the virus can live for a long time.
Towels and hand sanitizer will be placed everywhere. The service staff had to leave their clothes to wash at the center before leaving. In the kitchen, food packaging, cooking utensils, and food containers will be disinfected regularly.
Phase 4: Team training
After 3 stages, the teams hope that training can return to normal. The only thing is, if the training sessions are to take place, where will the players, coaching staff and staff of each team be? Or stay at a hotel, a training center, or at each person's home?
This is a question that needs to be answered because if the epidemic situation in Spain shows no signs of improving, players will not be able to travel comfortably. Once they have come into contact with a large group of people, they have to isolate themselves together, instead of being able to return to their family.
Final stage: Competition
The remaining 11 rounds of La Liga are expected to be completed in just 7 weeks, when the teams have completed 4 stages well.
