At the age of 21, Mainoo has made 98 appearances for Man United. He scored the decisive goal in the FA Cup final in 2024 against Man City, then was called up to the England national team to participate in EURO 2024.
At the beginning of the season, Mainoo rarely played under Amorim. However, when Carrick took over, Mainoo was trusted, started 12/13 matches and this midfielder made a great contribution to helping his team revive.
