On April 28, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front had information about the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031.

According to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), with the consent of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031 will take place on May 11-13, 2026 in Hanoi Capital.

The Congress is an important socio-political event, demonstrating the strength of the great national unity bloc in the new era, taking place immediately after the success of the 14th National Party Congress and the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term, People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

The Congress is a historical milestone, opening the term of operating the apparatus with a new stature and development path when socio-political organizations and mass associations assigned tasks by the Party and State are directly under the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Regarding the results of the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level, as of October 31, 2025, 3,320/3,320 commune-level units (100%) have completed the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level for the term 2025-2030, ensuring the contents and requirements according to the direction and guidance of the Secretariat, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Standing Committee of the Provincial and City Party Committees and local Party committees.

Specific results are as follows:

Structure and composition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level

- Representatives of member organizations are 25,415 people (accounting for 14.18%); Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front directly subordinate level is 72,861 people (accounting for 39.12%); Typical individuals are 68,132 people (accounting for 36.58%); Full-time officials at the same level: 18,815 people (accounting for 10.10%).

- Regarding combined structure: Women: 57, 275 people (30.75%); non-Party members: 41, 675 people (23.37); ethnic minorities: 46,881 people (24.85%); religious people: 16, 781 people (0.01%);

- Personnel representing Party committees participating in the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the same level: there are 3,317/3,320 comrades, including 41 Secretaries; 3,149 Deputy Secretaries; 127 comrades in the area of Deputy Secretary planning or undergoing procedures to be assigned to be Deputy Secretaries of Party committees.

Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level

- The number of Standing Committees is: 16,725 comrades, specifically:

3. 313/3. 320 comrades (including 34 comrades who are Deputy Secretaries of Party Committees); 107 comrades (who are members of the Executive Committee who are in the planning area of members of the Standing Committee or are implementing procedures to supplement the Standing Committee);

+ Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee as Head of socio-political organizations: 13 412 comrades;

- Structure in the Standing Committee:

As female: 7. 437 comrades; as ethnic minority: 10. 973 comrades; As religious: 1. 353 comrades.

Regarding the Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, as of December 17, 2025, 34/34 provinces and cities have completed the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the term 2025 - 2030 (reaching a rate of 100%).

In which, 2 provinces and cities organize Congresses in October 2025 (Bac Ninh, Lao Cai); 24 provinces and cities organize Congresses in November 2025; 7 provinces and cities organize Congresses before December 17, 2025 (Da Nang; Khanh Hoa; Dong Thap; Lai Chau; Hung Yen; Dak Lak), regarding specific results:

Structure and composition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the provincial and city levels:

- Representatives of member organizations: 897 people (accounting for 22.30%); Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level: 1,832 people (accounting for 45.56%); Typical individuals: 922 people (accounting for 22.92%); Full-time officials at the same level: 370 people (accounting for 9.20%).

- Regarding combined structure: Women: 1. 195 people (29.71%); non-Party members: 564 people (14.02%); ethnic minorities: 868 people (21.58%); religious people: 342 people (8.5%).

Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the provincial and city levels:

- The number of people in the Standing Committee is: 318 comrades

- In which, Chairman: 30/34 comrades are Deputy Secretaries of Provincial and City Party Committees, Chairman of the Fatherland Front; 04 comrades are Members of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Fatherland Front (Bac Ninh; Da Nang; Hanoi; Ha Tinh).

283 comrades, of which 154/283 Vice Chairmen are Heads of socio-political organizations;

- Personnel of Chairmen participating in Party committees:

+ Being a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee: 34/34 comrades (of which 30/34 comrades are Deputy Secretaries of provincial and city Party committees);
