Liverpool are ready to wait for a move to recruit Newcastle's excellent player Alexander Isak. The Swedish striker has been identified as a potential contract for The Kop this summer as they want to strengthen their attack.
Darwin Nunez has been linked with a move to Napoli, which will leave a void at Anfield. But a deal with Isak seemed difficult because Newcastle were not willing to sell, while they also offered a price of £150 million.
However, Liverpool are determined to sign Isak. Liverpool Echo reported that the "Red Brigade" leadership is not worried when monitoring the current developments.

They believe Newcastle may need money to shop in the transfer market. The Magpies are chasing James Trafford, Anthony Elanga and Joao Pedro. Therefore, the money from selling Isak will help Newcastle be able to pay for those 3 contracts.
There is also a problem with Newcastle wanting to keep Isak at St James' Park. Previous reports suggest that the Magpies are ready to turn the striker into the highest-paid player in the club's history. However, Liverpool will have no problems meeting his requirements.
Therefore, The Kop has the right to wait and see what happens between Isak and Newcastle. Furthermore, they are not pressured like Newcastle on the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Regulations (PSR).

Liverpool's recent signings, Milos Kerkez, Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong, are likely to be included in last season's financial figures. And given the relatively low spending of the Reds in previous seasons, they could well sign many other stars.
Speaking last season, coach Eddie Howe could not give any guarantees about Isak staying at Newcastle.
"We want to keep our best players, I've said that since I was here and sat in this chair. We have to add more good players to the squad to help us become stronger. The club's ambition is long-term success. And that is the only way to achieve the goal," Howe said.

Isak, meanwhile, has also confirmed his stance on the future. "To be honest, I don't know much. From within the club and from me, there was absolutely no discussion. I only focus on competing. There really wasn't much to say. I have talked about my situation and future at Newcastle many times.
People have said how much I love this city and this club, how good I feel here. I don't think about the future. I just want to play for Newcastle," said the Swedish striker.
