This morning (February 14), at the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism of Binh Duong province, a meeting between the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and departments, branches and sectors of Binh Duong province took place to discuss the organization of international matches of the Vietnam team at Binh Duong Stadium.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoi - Standing Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Football Federation, Mr. Nguyen Van Phu - General Secretary of the Vietnam Football Federation, and professional departments of the VFF.
On the side of Binh Duong province, there were Mr. Vu Duc Thanh - Chairman of Binh Duong Football Federation, Mr. Bui Huu Toan - Director of Binh Duong Province Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism, Mr. Cao Van Chong, Deputy Director of Binh Duong Province Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism and Mr. Ho Hong Thach, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Becamex Football Club Joint Stock Company.

The meeting is an opportunity for the two sides to discuss details on the coordination of organizing upcoming matches. VFF representatives raised requirements and hopes for the organization, while Binh Duong pledged to provide maximum support to ensure all necessary conditions. The leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Duong province also expressed their gratitude to VFF for trusting the province to host important international matches.
The first two matches will take place at Binh Duong Stadium, including a friendly match between Vietnam and Cambodia on March 19, along with matches in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers, with the Vietnam - Laos match on March 25 and Vietnam - Nepal on October 9.
This is a great opportunity not only for Binh Duong province but also for football fans in the Southern region, when they will be able to directly watch the national team compete.
Through this event, Binh Duong hopes to enhance the position of Binh Duong Stadium, turning it into a destination for bigger international tournaments in the future, contributing to the overall development of Vietnamese football.
