The strategist born in 1977 added: "Regarding the pitch, I have said for a long time, we deserved a separate training ground for the team, we need enough conditions to be able to do better, contribute more.
To have good results, many factors are needed, not only the field but also the people. Ha Tinh is an average team, but we are united to overcome difficulties and shortages to do better than what we have".
Currently, Ha Tinh Stadium is still in the process of renovation and repair. On March 7, Hong Linh Ha Tinh will host Hanoi in round 16 of V.League. However, up to this point, coach Nguyen Thanh Cong and his students do not know whether they will be able to play at home or not.
"I always prepare every plan for the team members to proactively deploy training, including the office block in taking care of logistics. However, at this time and next week, I have no plans because I don't know what the course will be like.
In the next match, Hong Linh Ha Tinh will continue to play at home. Yesterday, I asked someone to ask about the condition of the stadium but I still couldn't figure it out.
