The team is in the process of practicing to prepare for the international friendly match with the Werder Bremen women's team (Germany) and aiming for important goals in 2025.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman Tran Quoc Tuan acknowledged the serious training spirit and efforts of the entire team under the leadership of head coach Mai Duc Chung.
President Tran Quoc Tuan requested the entire team to focus and make maximum efforts in preparing for the upcoming important tasks, especially the 2026 Asian Cup qualifiers, the 2025 ASEAN Cup for women and the 33rd SEA Games.
Although the Vietnamese women's team has won the Southeast Asian championship 3 times and won the SEA Games gold medal 4 times in a row, President Tran Quoc Tuan emphasized that the challenges ahead are still huge. The teams in the region have all made remarkable progress, invested in a systematic way and increased their strength with high-quality naturalized players.
The task is getting more and more difficult, but VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan still believes that, with careful preparation, solidarity and promoting a strong competitive spirit, the Vietnam women's team will continue to bring pride to the country's football in the international arena.

On behalf of the coaching staff and players, head coach Mai Duc Chung expressed his gratitude for the timely attention and encouragement of the VFF leadership. According to the 73-year-old coach, despite facing many difficulties in the period of rejuvenation and transfer of forces, the whole team still tries their best to complete the assigned tasks well.
