U15 Hanoi and the complete piece
In the final of the 2026 National U15 Championship, U15 Hanoi defeated U15 The Cong Viettel to win the championship. Considering just one match, this is not a surprising result as the Capital team controlled the game well and maintained stability in operation.
However, if placed in the overall picture, this title has a clearer meaning when it is part of a series of achievements throughout the youth levels.

In recent years, Hanoi has continuously achieved high results at all levels of training, from U21, U19, U17 to U15. The fact that generations successively win titles shows that the system is organized in a seamless direction, instead of depending on each individual generation.
Therefore, U15 Hanoi is not a starting point, but a part of completion in a common picture that has been built over many years.
Before winning the National U15 Championship, the Hanoi U14 team also topped the Northern U14 tournament - a tournament organized in a round-robin format, lasting more than 3 months.
It can be seen that the players are maintaining a continuous pace of competition between levels. This is an important factor helping the U15 team enter the national tournament with a better foundation of experience and competitive feeling.
From a professional perspective, many players in the U15 Hanoi squad have been able to play regularly at lower levels, instead of just focusing on a short tournament. This gives them time to accumulate, adjust and improve their skills.
When entering the National U15 Championship, the squad did not encounter many difficulties in maintaining the playing style and organizing tactics. The final match with The Cong Viettel also clearly showed that.

Proactively creating a competitive environment
A noteworthy point in the Hanoi club's approach is the proactive organization of playgrounds for young players.
The Northern U14 tournament is organized by the Hanoi Youth Football Training Center (Hanoi T&T Sports Joint Stock Company) as the focal point - sponsored by T&T Group - gathering 8 teams, competing in a home-away format for more than 3 months, with a total of 56 matches.
Unlike youth tournaments that take place over a short period of time, this model helps players maintain a stable pace of competition weekly. Regular appearances on the field create conditions for players to improve their skills, handle situations and accumulate practical experience.

For many years, the major limitation of youth football in the country lies in the lack of matches played. Players may be trained in technique, but do not have enough opportunities to rub shoulders to improve.
The link between the competition environment and achievements is clearly shown in the U15 generation. When playing more, players have a better foundation when entering the official tournament. Therefore, achievements no longer depend on each time but are associated with a long-term preparation process.
In addition, expanding the playing field for many other teams also contributes to improving the overall quality. Participating teams have more opportunities to play stably, instead of just focusing on short-term tournaments.
For many years, Hanoi Club has been a source of players for national teams at many levels. This contribution comes from a continuous training process, in which youth teams play a fundamental role.
