Today (7.4.), the U17 Vietnam team will face U17 Japan in the second match of the 2025 U17 Asian Cup finals.
Previously, coach Cristiano Roland and his team had a training session on the evening of April 6 (local time). The weather in Taif city (Saudi Arabia) suddenly changed when the heavy rain continued all day, causing the temperature to drop sharply, bringing a cool feeling.
Not stopping there, right when the team entered the main content of the training session, the rain fell even heavier, significantly affecting the curriculum that the coaching staff had built.

However, the U17 Vietnam players were not shy. The whole team still maintains their spirit and persistently completes the entire set amount of exercises. During the training session, coach Cristiano Roland continuously encouraged his students, emphasized confidence in the preparation process, maximized personal capacity and strictly followed tactical discipline.
He also especially arouses the spirit of not giving up - a quality that has become the identity of Vietnamese players when competing internationally.

The immediate challenge for U17 Vietnam is very difficult as U17 Japan is one of the strong candidates for the championship of this year's tournament.
The match between U17 Vietnam and U17 Japan takes place at 6:00 p.m. on April 7 local time (ie 10:00 p.m. Vietnam time).
