To celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20, from October 28 to November 4, the Trade Union of Hoang Thi Loan Textile Joint Stock Company Kindergarten coordinated with the professional staff to successfully organize the "Excellent Teacher Competition for the 2024 - 2025 school year". In the 2024 - 2025 school year, Hoang Thi Loan Textile Joint Stock Company Kindergarten organized teaching by topic, applying steam (interdisciplinary education, combining art with traditional subjects) into learning and playing activities. Organizing teaching by topic, applying steam aims to help children have the opportunity to explore, work in groups, coordinate and share with friends around them. This is a modern educational method, contributing to helping children develop comprehensively in all aspects.
According to the teachers, the contest is an opportunity for each person to demonstrate their abilities, qualifications, and creativity. This is also an opportunity for colleagues to share experiences, learn from each other, and best prepare for a new school year.
At the end of October, May 10 Kindergarten organized the "Charming Recycled Fashion" Contest. With unlimited creativity, the children, along with their parents and teachers, created unique, colorful costumes. From familiar materials in everyday life, such as old newspapers, canvas, and plastic bags, the children contributed to creating lovely, pretty, and impressive costumes. In particular, each collection and each costume carries meaningful stories and messages about environmental protection. The contest has made teachers, parents, and children change their awareness of environmental protection, thereby creating love and respect for the environment. According to many parents, through this contest, children have begun to discover their own creativity.
In fact, many activities in schools at enterprises organized or jointly organized by the trade union are highly professional, so they attract a large number of teachers to participate. Many activities also create a connection between schools - teachers - parents to care for and educate children together. These activities not only affirm the role of the trade union but also help parents - who are union members and workers in the Vietnam Textile and Garment industry - feel secure at work.
