At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang announced the Politburo's decision on personnel work.
Accordingly, the Politburo decided that Mr. Pham Gia Tuc would cease to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and cease to hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; and transfer and appoint him to the position of Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office.
Member of the Politburo, Standing member of the Secretariat, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu presented the Politburo's Decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Pham Gia Tuc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee - to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office.
Presenting the Decision and congratulating Mr. Pham Gia Tuc with flowers, and giving a speech assigning tasks, Mr. Tran Cam Tu stated that Mr. Pham Gia Tuc is a capable and experienced cadre, with basic training, growing from the grassroots and being trained in leadership positions in many different localities, agencies and units.
In all his positions, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc has always strived, trained, and completed his assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the overall achievements and results of the agencies and units. Mr. Tran Cam Tu expressed his belief that with his working experience, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc will quickly take over and approach the work with the leadership of the Office, departments, bureaus, and units of the Central Party Office, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc promised to always improve his sense of responsibility and working capacity, try harder to overcome all difficulties and challenges, inherit and promote the traditions and valuable experiences of the Party Central Office through the periods, promptly grasp the assigned work, with the spirit of innovation and creativity, the will to rise up of the Party Central Office.
Mr. Pham Gia Tuc emphasized the determination of the leaders, cadres, civil servants and employees of the Party Central Office to unite, join hands, be unanimous, determined, resolute and determined to carry out tasks effectively, increasingly better meet the high requirements and great responsibilities of the Party agency; provide accurate and timely advice with increasingly high quality to serve the leadership and direction of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat.
In the immediate future, we will focus on advising, leading and directing the successful completion of the tasks for 2024-2025 and the entire 13th Congress term, successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party, all for the benefit of the Party, the nation and the people in the new era - the era of the Vietnamese people's rise.
