The trade union proactively advises professional leaders, depending on the actual conditions of each unit, to come up with solutions to ensure safety for workers in the workplace, ensuring jobs and income for workers. ; continue to promote the movement "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", concretizing it into emulation movements suitable to the conditions of units, industries and businesses, thereby promoting participation of employers (employers) and employees in ensuring OSH.

In order to promptly motivate and encourage the safety and sanitation team, at the "Launching Ceremony of Worker Month and OSH Month 2024", the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union commended, rewarded, and presented Flags to 3 collectives. ; Awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 49 individuals with outstanding achievements in the "Green - Clean - Beautiful" emulation movement, ensuring OSH at the facility.
From the beginning of the year until now, the trade unions of units have coordinated with professional peers to organize 7 training classes on OSH and environmental protection knowledge for more than 750 trade union members and security workers. safety, hygiene and sanitation of students at the unit.
Trade unions at all levels strengthen coordination with employers to organize activities to inspect and review OSH rules and procedures in workshops, groups and teams according to regulations. In the first six months of 2024, inspections were conducted at 131 manufacturing businesses.
