Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Do Duc Hung emphasized that OSH work in the Electricity industry is not only a legal requirement with a strict system of regulations and procedures, but also has a profound mass nature. Accordingly, the effectiveness of this work depends greatly on the self-awareness, sense of responsibility and active participation of each worker.
The Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union affirmed that the ATVSV force plays a core role in spreading safety culture at the grassroots level. "Each ATVSV must truly be a propagandist, a model core in complying with procedures and regulations and reminding colleagues to comply with regulations. Trade unions at all levels need to continue to innovate the content and methods of training in a practical direction, associated with production practice, taking preventive effectiveness as a measure," Comrade Do Duc Hung said.

Sharing experiences at the conference, Comrade Ngo Tan Cu - General Director of Central Power Corporation said that in the practical management and operation of the power grid, many serious labor accidents occur due to subjective factors, violations of safety procedures. This shows the particularly important role of the ATVSV network and trade union officials at the grassroots level.
According to Comrade Ngo Tan Cu, to improve operational efficiency, the ATVSV network needs to be organized methodically, operate substantively, and closely follow the production site. "ATVSV must be an'extended arm' of unit leaders in safety work; promptly detect risks, propose remedial measures and resolutely prevent violations of procedures. Each ATVSV needs to constantly improve professional qualifications, risk identification skills and especially the spirit of responsibility in work," he emphasized.

The General Director of the Central Power Corporation also said that building a safety culture must start from specific actions, from strictly complying with procedures and regulations to reminding and supporting colleagues during the working process. "Safety has no limits, no exceptions. The highest goal is to prevent labor accidents, so that every worker returns home safely after each working day," shared comrade Ngo Tan Cu.
Within the framework of the conference, delegates were updated with in-depth knowledge about OSH work; identifying risks, hazards and solutions to prevent labor accidents in the process of production and operation of power grids.

The training content was directly conveyed by Comrade Nguyen Tuong Dung - Chairman of the Trade Union of Thu Duc Thermal Power Company Limited, focusing on skills and methods to improve the operational efficiency of the ATVSV network associated with production and business practices.
