On the morning of April 17, leaders of Dong Loc Commune People's Committee (Nghe An province) said that a painful incident had just occurred in the area, causing a girl over 2 years old to die in a car.
According to initial information, at about 7 am on April 16, Mr. D. (residing in Dong Loc commune) drove a car carrying his 2-year-old daughter to school. However, after that, Mr. D. forgot to take his daughter to school and drove to work.
After parking at the office, Mr. D. went to work as usual. At about 2 pm on the same day, a colleague went to the parking area and was shocked to discover a baby girl lying in the car and asked Mr. D. At this time, Mr. D. panicked and ran out to check, discovering that his daughter had turned purple.
Immediately after that, Mr. D. and people took the baby to the hospital for emergency treatment, but the baby did not survive.
According to the leader of Dong Loc Commune People's Committee, after the incident occurred, the locality sent a delegation to visit and encourage the victim's family. It is known that the deceased girl was the second child in Mr. D.'s family.
Currently, the cause of the incident is being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
