On the morning of December 12, the Vietnam Health Trade Union held a signing ceremony for a welfare cooperation agreement for union members and workers in the health sector.
The three partners signed with the Vietnam Medical Trade Union include: Nghe An Seafood Joint Stock Company; Hanoi Soap Joint Stock Company; Bep Viet Food Industry Company Limited.
According to the signed agreement, Nghe An Seafood Joint Stock Company commits to apply preferential price policies of at least 20% on all products manufactured by the company compared to the selling price of similar products of the company currently circulating on the market for union members and employees at all levels of the Health Sector Trade Union.
On major holidays of the year such as April 30, May 1, September 2, New Year's Day, Lunar New Year, and the anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union every year (July 28), the company has a policy of supporting an additional 3% discount (the listed price on the product has been announced by the company when the buyer or customer purchases on the above days).
Hanoi Soap Joint Stock Company commits to implementing preferential price policies to support a 20% reduction on all products manufactured by the company compared to the selling price of similar products of the company currently circulating on the market for union members and workers at all levels of the Health Sector Trade Union.
On holidays, major anniversaries of the year, the anniversary of the purchaser's establishment, the company reduces an additional 3% compared to the selling price of similar products of the company currently circulating on the market. For large collective orders, the company supports a further 5% reduction in the order value.
Bep Viet Food Industry Company Limited commits to reduce prices from 20% to 30% depending on the product type compared to the selling price of similar products currently circulating on the market, for union members and workers in the health sector.
In particular, on major holidays or the anniversary of the purchasing unit, the company will reduce an additional 3%. For large group orders, the company will support an additional 5% reduction.
Ms. Pham Thanh Binh - President of Vietnam Health Trade Union - said that the partners all provide essential consumer products. These products often account for half of a family's spending.
"Increasing welfare through preferential discounts also indirectly increases income for union members and workers," said Ms. Pham Thanh Binh. In addition, implementing these agreements also aims to carry out the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".
Ms. Binh also emphasized the need for coordination between the parties so that the agreements can bring about real results. The Vietnam Health Trade Union will soon issue a document guiding trade unions at all levels in the industry to implement the contents of the cooperation agreements.
In addition, the Vietnam Health Trade Union will widely introduce cooperation programs on media channels so that cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers can clearly understand information about products, services as well as preferential policies from partners.
