1. Avocado cucumber soup
Ingredient:
2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
2 avocados, peeled and seeded
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Dill is fresh for decoration
Instruct:
Step 1: Puree cucumber, avocado, yogurt, water, lemon juice and garlic.
Step 2: Add salt and pepper.
Step 3: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before using.
Step 4: Decorate with fresh dill.
2. Cold bean soup
Ingredient:
2 cups fresh or frozen peas
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 cups water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh mint for garnish
Instruct:
Step 1: Add water to peas, onions and garlic and cook until soft.
Step 2: Mix the mixture well.
Step 3: Stir together yogurt, salt and pepper.
Step 4: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 5: Decorate with fresh mint.
3. Cold carrot and ginger soup
Ingredient:
5 large carrots, peeled and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 stick ginger, peeled and chopped
2 cups water
1/2 cup coconut milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish mind
Instruct:
Step 1: Add water and cook with carrots, onions and ginger until soft.
Step 2: Mix the mixture well.
Step 3: Stir together coconut milk, salt and pepper.
Step 3: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 4: Decorate with fresh coriander.
4. Cold watermelon soup
Ingredient:
4 cups seedless watermelon
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Salt and pepper to taste eat
Instruct:
Step 1: Puree watermelon, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, lemon juice and mint until smooth.
Step 2: Add salt and pepper.
Step 3: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 4: Eat cold.
5. Cold tomato basil soup
Ingredient:
4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped

2 cups water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: Puree tomatoes, onions, garlic, water, yogurt and basil until smooth.
Step 2: Season with salt and pepper.
