In the new episode of the show "You want to date", Quyen Linh and Ngoc Lan connected the couple Le Thanh Hai (55 years old, from Thanh Hoa) - working in the mechanical industry and Pham Ngoc Thao (49 years old, from Dong Nai) - in the business of renting out musical instruments. Both currently live in Binh Duong.
Thanh Hai made the two MCs feel sorry for his life with many ups and downs. The man's family said that his wife passed away 4 years ago. He has two children (the eldest son is 28 years old and is his wife's stepchild, the youngest daughter is 23 years old).
However, both children left the family a long time ago for unknown reasons, and he could not contact them.
"I'm busy working on a construction project far away, with my mother and three children at home. When my daughter left in 2011, I went looking for her, but I still haven't found her. My wife's son sold all the house. I'm currently renting, and have saved some money for emergencies," the man shared.
Thanh Hai added that because his parents died early, he had no identification papers. It was not until 2008 that he was able to get official papers. Therefore, the house his family bought was under his wife's name. Unfortunately, his wife was illiterate and was tricked into selling the house by her son.
On the woman's side, Ngoc Thao also has a tearful love story. She got married in 2005. She confided that when they were in love, her husband seemed to be a very good person, but near the wedding day, he revealed his bad qualities such as being patriarchal and irresponsible.
Ngoc Thao shared that even when she got married, she had to take care of everything herself, from the wedding ring to the wedding tray. Her ex-husband even mocked her for being "too old to buy a husband". However, she still had to swallow her pride to live a fulfilling life.
When recounting, Ngoc Thao could not hold back her tears, not wanting to recall the painful past. After more than 10 years of suffering, she decided to divorce and raise her two sons (18 and 16 years old) alone.
When coming to the program, Ngoc Thao wanted to find a man who knew how to do business, respected his family, and was not patriarchal.
Hearing these requests, Thanh Hai is confident that he can meet them. He considers himself a family man, always loving and knows how to make his wife happy. His wish is to find a faithful wife who knows how to love and take care of the family.
