On December 15, the Binh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor announced that it had established an inspection team to implement the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in the period of 2021-2026 and to evaluate the results of agencies, units and enterprises meeting cultural standards in Binh Thuan province in the period of 2023-2024.
The inspection team was led by Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Hoa - Permanent Vice President of Binh Thuan Provincial Labor Federation and directly inspected and assessed until December 24, 2024.
In recent days, the Inspection and Appraisal Team has inspected the results of 2 years of implementing the construction of "Cultural standard agencies, units and enterprises" of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation and appraised the dossiers of agencies, units and enterprises submitted by the Industrial Parks Trade Union, Lagi Town Labor Federation, Ham Tan District Labor Federation, Health Sector Trade Union, and Education Sector Trade Union for recognition of cultural standards.
At the grassroots level trade unions, the inspection and appraisal team assessed the achievements, limitations and difficulties in the above contents.
From there, propose and request units to have solutions to effectively implement the contents of the movement, at the same time record recommendations to adjust and supplement in accordance with the actual situation in each industry, locality and facility in the coming time.
The delegation also assessed the reality and evaluated the cultural standards at a number of agencies, units and enterprises in the province that had applications for recognition.
This is the first time the Provincial Federation of Labor has chaired the assessment of criteria for recognizing agencies, units and enterprises that meet cultural standards.
Through this assessment, we aim to review, compare and check the scoring methods of direct superior unions to ensure consistency, uniformity and accurate reflection of actual results in implementing cultural criteria at agencies, units and enterprises.
