Accordingly, the Son Tay Town Labor Federation established two delegations to inspect and evaluate agencies, units, and enterprises meeting cultural standards for the 2023-2024 period for 75 units in the area.
The inspection team works with the heads of agencies, units, and grassroots trade union executive boards and conducts inspections and appraisals of the units' application documents. Based on the performance reports and self-assessment tables of the units, the inspection team requests the units to clarify the scores of each content of the 4 criteria in the scoring table, thereby assessing and scoring them objectively and accurately.
The inspection results show that agencies, units and enterprises have promoted democracy at the grassroots level, promoted exemplary behavior and sense of responsibility of individuals at agencies, units, enterprises and in the social community.

During the inspection, delegates discussed and clarified the results achieved as well as limitations, analyzed the causes, lessons learned in the implementation process and proposed solutions and directions for improvement in the coming time.
After the inspection and assessment, the Town Labor Federation will propose the City Labor Federation to recognize agencies, units, and enterprises that meet cultural standards for the 2023-2024 period for qualified units.
It is known that the Son Tay Town Labor Federation strives to have 75 to 80% of agencies, units and enterprises recognized with cultural titles annually based on the total number of registrations.
