On July 1, Emulation Group No. 8 under the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that on the first day of receiving entries, many grassroots trade unions sent photos to participate in the photo contest "Beauty of Trade Unions and Workers" in 2026.
This is one of the emulation activities implemented at Emulation Cluster No. 8 to create a useful playground, helping union members and workers preserve and spread beautiful moments in labor, production and trade union movements.
According to the Organizing Committee, the contest aims to select works with propaganda value, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of officials, union members and workers in building and developing trade union organizations. At the same time, encouraging the spirit of labor and production, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.

Participating in the contest are officials, trade union members and workers belonging to Emulation Cluster No. 8. This Cluster includes grassroots trade unions belonging to Phu Thuy Ward Trade Union, Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union, Ham Thang Ward Trade Union, Ham Liem Commune Trade Union and 2 grassroots trade unions belonging to Binh Thuan District Group.
Entries must record authentic and beautiful moments of workers in the process of working, producing or participating in trade union activities. Each grassroots trade union is allowed to submit a maximum of 3 entries, which can be submitted in individual or group form.
The organizers pay special attention to copyright issues. Contestants must be responsible for their works. Contest photos must be taken by the author themselves. Photos must not edit content, only be allowed to adjust brightness and sharpness.
The entries will be received from July 1st to the end of July 15th, 2026. In addition to the judging panel's scoring, the contest also has a voting section on social networks through valid interactions.
It is expected that the award ceremony will take place at the end of July with a structure including 1 A prize worth 1 million VND, 2 B prizes, 3 C prizes, 5 consolation prizes and one interactive prize.
Not only is it a photo contest, this is also a playground to help union members and workers express their love for the profession, pride in their work and the role of the trade union organization.
Real-life photos from working life also contribute to spreading the image of dynamic, creative workers who are attached to the development of the locality.
