On the evening of January 24, the grassroots trade union (CDCS) of Asia Door Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as AID Group, with a factory in Tan Hiep and Binh Co wards, Ho Chi Minh City) coordinated with businesses to organize a program to celebrate the 19th anniversary of the enterprise's establishment and welcome the 2026 year-end for more than 1,300 union members and workers.
The focus of the program is to express gratitude to workers, take care of the material and spiritual life of union members during Tet. In addition, the program also aims to create an atmosphere to welcome the 2026 Lunar New Year, increasing joy and solidarity in businesses.
Participating in the program, workers were immersed in the atmosphere of music welcoming the new year with the theme of spring, love for homeland and country and a year-end party. The company also awarded gratitude money to hundreds of outstanding workers, contributing to the development of the business in the past year.

Notably, all workers participated in the lucky draw program and won many valuable prizes such as: 10 special prizes, each worth 10 million VND; 30 first prizes, each worth 8 million VND; 50 second prizes, each worth 5 million VND; 70 third prizes, each worth 3 million VND; 1,145 consolation prizes, each worth 600,000 VND. The total value of the lucky draw program is nearly 1.5 billion VND.
AID Group also provided support to Tan Hiep ward 100 million VND and Binh Co ward 100 million VND. This amount will be taken care of by the two wards for workers in difficult circumstances in the area during Tet.
Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the company's grassroots trade union said that this Tet holiday, the grassroots trade union has proposed and been agreed by the enterprise to organize many Tet care activities for union members and workers. The company ensures jobs and income for workers averaging 8-14 million VND. Average Tet bonuses are from 6-14 million VND/person. Organize lucky draws and organize a trade union fair soon.
