On the afternoon of January 24th, a culinary program organized by the trade union in Dong Xuyen Industrial Park (Rach Dua ward, Ho Chi Minh City) attracted thousands of workers to experience and enjoy dishes and drinks at the booths.
This is an activity under the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" organized by Task Force No. 5 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation in coordination with the grassroots Trade Union of Uy Viet Footwear Production Co., Ltd.
Previously, the Organizing Committee had planned to deploy culinary activities. Each team will be supported with 1.5 million VND in funding and organize scoring and awarding prizes for eye-catching decorated booths.
Dishes and drinks in the program are served to union members and workers at prices from 7,000 to 30,000 VND. Workers will be issued tickets to participate, and if they want to use more, they can pay directly to the booth.
Recorded in the afternoon of January 24, thousands of workers enthusiastically enjoyed the delicious dishes in the program after work. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha (a worker) said: "I am very excited to be informed about the organization, and have invited my family to experience the dishes made by colleagues themselves.
According to the plan, on the same evening, other activities of the Tet Sum vay festival night will continue to take place such as: art program, lucky draw... with the participation of thousands of workers.
