On September 18, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the unit had held a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Minh An Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (headquartered in Phan Rang ward, Khanh Hoa province).
Minh An Construction Investment Joint Stock Company was established in 2022, currently has 25 employees, the main occupation is construction. In August 2025, the Mobilization Committee to establish a trade union at the company was established under the guidance and support of the Provincial Labor Federation.
After nearly a month of mobilization, with the consensus of the Board of Directors, the Mobilization Committee organized a propaganda campaign to help workers clearly understand the trade union organization, rights and obligations of union members. As a result, 100% of the company's employees (25 people) have written applications to join the union.
The company also hopes that the trade union organization will become a bridge between leaders and employees, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, promoting the development of enterprises.
At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to admit 25 union members; recognized the grassroots union, Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of the Company's grassroots union.
