Accordingly, in the first 6 months of 2025, the City's Trade Unions at all levels actively researched and participated in developing policies and laws related to workers' rights.
In particular, the Capital's Trade Unions at all levels participated in resolving labor disputes, providing legal advice to over 300 workers; and supporting grassroots trade unions in organizing dialogues at 17 units and enterprises.
The Trade Union always focuses on propaganda and education, so it has organized propaganda on labor policies related to life and employment for more than 3,500 workers in 34 units and enterprises.
In addition, the Trade Union participates in inspecting, inspecting and supervising the implementation of policies for workers, civil servants and employees; participating in implementing well the work of occupational safety and hygiene, improving working conditions, and taking care of workers' health at units and enterprises.
