For workers working less than 12 months, businesses will give bonuses proportional to the number of months the worker actually worked, with the lowest bonus being over 6 million VND/person.
Average New Year bonus 2025 is 1.1 million VND/person.
Lunar New Year Bonus 2025 from 1 month salary or more (for employees working for 12 months or more).
For the remaining enterprises, the grassroots trade union is negotiating with employers to ensure that employees receive bonuses during the Lunar New Year 2025.
