The patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025, launched by the Trade Union of Industrial Parks (IPs) of Ninh Binh province, has achieved many encouraging results. The highlight is the movement "Promoting initiatives, improving techniques, and rationalizing production" with nearly 1,700 initiatives applied, bringing hundreds of billions of VND in benefits to businesses.
The "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" movements have also been effectively implemented, creating a safe and friendly working environment. Activities in response to the Labor Safety and Hygiene Month and Workers' Month are held annually, demonstrating the deep concern of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers.
At the conference, delegates discussed and shared valuable practical experiences in trade union work at the grassroots level. Many good models and effective ways to launch and maintain emulation movements, arousing creativity and innovation ideas in the workforce were discussed at the conference, promising to be expanded in the coming time.
On this occasion, 89 typical and advanced individuals and organizations in the patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2020 - 2025, launched by the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Ninh Binh province, were commended and rewarded.
Of which, 52 individuals are grassroots union officials, 2 individuals received the Certificate and badge of Creative Labor from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Also at the conference, the Trade Union of Ninh Binh Industrial Parks launched a patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030 with specific goals and contents such as: Emulation to successfully carry out political tasks and develop the socio-economy, contributing to building a civilized and prosperous Ninh Binh province. Promote innovation, apply technology, improve productivity and product quality, encourage initiatives, and improve techniques.
Effectively implement the movements "Practice thrift, fight waste", "Green - clean - safe - effective", accompanying employees and businesses to overcome difficulties. Caring for the interests and welfare of union members, promptly supporting difficult cases. Promote dialogue and collective bargaining, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees. Develop union members, improve the capacity of union officials.
The Trade Union of Ninh Binh Industrial Parks calls on the Trade Unions to proactively develop emulation plans and criteria in accordance with the unit's reality, widely deploy them among union members and workers, contributing to the successful implementation of tasks, building a beautiful, civilized and modern Ninh Binh.
