On this occasion, the City Labor Federation organized a ceremony to commend the typical advanced workers, civil servants, and laborers of the capital who study and work under Uncle Ho.
The propaganda and dissemination of Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the 12th Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" has been implemented synchronously, methodically and creatively by the Capital Trade Union at all levels.
Therefore, studying and following Uncle Ho has spread more and more widely, attracting the voluntary and enthusiastic participation of many union members and workers, especially the young force. From "study" to specific "following" actions, there have been 1,996 collectives and 4,104 individuals registered to do 8,510 jobs following Uncle Ho.
The Capital Trade Union at all levels has concretized the study and following of Uncle Ho in promoting emulation movements to contribute to improving skills and increasing labor productivity for workers.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of Hanoi Labor Federation Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy acknowledged and appreciated the Capital Trade Union levels that closely followed the direction of the City Labor Confederation, proactive and creative in implementing the Politburo's Directive No. 05, contributing to the orientation of ideological, building political, ethical, lifestyle for officials, union members, workers; Leaders of the City Labor Confederation also acknowledged and praised the collectives and individuals who have achieved excellent achievements in learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
Recognizing the process and achievements in implementing Directive No. 05, on this occasion, the Hanoi City Labor Federation commended 20 collectives and 28 typical individuals who have advanced in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style (phase 2016 - 2025) - these are inspirational fires, contributing to enhancing the image of exemplary and dedicated union officials and members.
