The highest bonus for employees is expected to be 36.9 million VND for a private enterprise operating in the field of trade, goods trading services. This enterprise has the lowest expected bonus of 1 million VND.
Of the total number of enterprises expected to give bonuses for the 2026 Lunar New Year, the lowest bonus for employees is 100,000 VND; the average bonus for the 2026 Lunar New Year is 5.2 million VND/person.
Regarding Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonuses 2026, 119 enterprises with more than 24,000 employees reported. The highest bonus is 200 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND, both in the private enterprise sector; the average bonus for Binh Ngo Tet is 7.1 million VND/person.
