Decree 73/2024/ND-CP stipulates the basic salary applicable to salary earners, allowances and bonus regimes applicable to salary earners working in agencies, organizations, public service units of the Party, the State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and associations receiving operating expenses supported by the state budget (hereinafter referred to as agencies and units) at the central level, in provinces and centrally run cities (provincial level), in districts, towns, provincial cities, centrally run cities (district level), in communes, wards and towns (commune level), in special administrative-economic units and the armed forces.
Below are the documents guiding the bonus regime for cadres, civil servants and public employees as stipulated in Decree 73:
(1) Circular 95/2024/TT-BQP guiding the implementation of bonus regime for subjects receiving salaries from the state budget under the management of the Ministry of National Defense.
(2) Circular 62/2024/TT-BTC provides guidance on determining the needs, sources and methods of payment for implementing the basic salary and bonus regime according to Decree 73/2024/ND-CP and adjusting monthly allowances for retired commune officials according to Decree 75/2024/ND-CP issued by the Minister of Finance.
(3) Official dispatch 7585/BNV-TL of 2024 on implementing the bonus regime issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
(4) Decision 786/QD-BNV of 2024 on the Regulations on implementing the bonus regime of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
