"I have joined 5 job groups on social networks, I click to see any new job advertisements. I also asked close friends to ask me and find help related to the profession I was doing" - Mr. Thien said.

When he learned about his new job, Mr. Thien was quite worried. Sharing the reason, Mr. Thien said that experienced workers over 30 years old still have difficulty finding jobs, let alone those working in the State apparatus. Almost all recruitment companies require people aged 20 to 30. When I heard the work pressure of a private friend, I was really worried about the difficulty in applying. To be accepted, I have to change my working mindset and learn a lot" - Mr. Thien said.

Currently, Mr. Thien is improving his knowledge of foreign languages, information technology and AI. The male officer said that at the office and home in the evening, whenever he had free time, he took advantage of his time to learn and learn.

Talking about his wish to quit his job due to the merger, the male cadre hoped to be arranged for another job in the village, hamlet or commune level. He is willing to change, learn more to cope with his new job.

In addition, Mr. Thien expressed that he would receive practical allowance support if he could not arrange a suitable job. The allowance he expects to receive is at least equal to the salary of the remaining 4 years of his working term.
