In order to ensure the health of union members and workers, Tay Ho District Labor Confederation has organized many periodic health examinations. These are practical and meaningful activities to ensure the health of employees, helping them early detect and prevent diseases, thereby improving quality of life and work performance.
From the beginning of 2024 until now, Tay Ho District Labor Federation has organized 3 rounds of health examinations for 266 union members, the 1st round on the occasion of "Worker Month", the 2nd and 3rd round on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Company's founding. Vietnamese delegation.
As a union member of PHD Co., Ltd. for more than 12 years, Ms. Tran Thi Hai Yen (1992) from Vinh Phuc shared that due to her family's difficult economic conditions, she did not have the conditions to go for a health check. Participating in a free periodic health check organized by the company's union during "Worker Month", the doctor discovered a tumor in his body that was showing signs of growing. Immediately, she was treated, and now the tumor in her body has subsided without leaving any sequelae.
“After the health checks, I feel somewhat reassured because my illness is now very complicated. I hope there will be more meaningful activities like this so that employees can have health, work peace of mind, and employees will be more attached to the Trade Union" - Ms. Yen added.
Ms. Pham Thu Huong - President of the Grassroots Trade Union of PHD Co., Ltd., Tay Ho, Hanoi - said that the company pays special attention and care to the health of union members and employees. Due to busy work, employees rarely think about going to the doctor, so no one proactively goes for regular health check-ups.

Put workers' health first
Ms. Do Thi Hong Le - Chairwoman of Tay Ho district's Confederation of Labor said that Tay Ho district has 213 grassroots unions with 9,207 members. 100% can participate in annual health check-up activities, especially for female union members and employees.
According to Ms. Le, these health examination activities all receive high consensus and consensus from leaders of units and businesses in Tay Ho district. They clearly understand that taking care of union members is one of the top priorities.
At the same time, the District Labor Federation always focuses on Tet care activities for union members, typically organizing the program "Tet Reunion". Through this activity, the District Labor Federation awarded 2,058 benefits, visited and gave gifts to the families of female workers, public employees, and laborers, organized free health checks for employees, and gave gifts to workers with disabilities. In difficult circumstances, he rented a house and did not return home to celebrate Tet... for the amount of 1.5 billion VND.
In the coming time, Tay Ho District Labor Federation will continue to organize many periodic health examinations for union members and employees. These programs not only maintain but also expand their scale and quality, ensuring that all members receive comprehensive and continuous health care.
