On the morning of February 12, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor led a working delegation to visit, work and wish Tet to union members and employees of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company in Tay Ninh province.
At the meeting, representatives of the Company quickly shared about the operating situation in 2025. Despite many market fluctuations, Binh Dien still strives to maintain the production pace, successfully complete the set targets, and continue to maintain the reputation of the "Dau Trau Fertilizer" brand in the market.
Not only focusing on business, the Company always considers employees as the foundation for development. The work of building Party and mass organizations is maintained methodically. Currently, the Party Committee has 165 party members operating in 8 Party cells; Trade Unions and Youth Unions operate stably, becoming familiar support points in caring for life and protecting the rights of officials and employees.
Speaking at the working session, VGCL President Nguyen Dinh Khang acknowledged the efforts of Binh Dien collective in a challenging year.
He highly appreciated the way businesses maintain welfare policies and maintain stable income for workers.

According to the President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, a safe working environment with harmonious interests is an important foundation for businesses to go long-term.
VGCL President Nguyen Dinh Khang also requested the Board of Directors and the Trade Union organization to continue to pay attention and do better in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers in the coming time.
On this occasion, VGCL President Nguyen Dinh Khang directly presented Tet gifts to workers and employees of the Company.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang also led a working delegation to visit, wish Tet and encourage officials and employees of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.
Welcoming the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Van Quy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam National Chemical Group; Mr. Nguyen Huy Thong, Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union, along with representatives of the Company's leadership and a large number of officials and employees.
At the working session, Mr. Do Van Tuan, General Director of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, reported to the working delegation on the production and business results and the work of caring for the lives of employees of the Company.

Accordingly, in 2025, overcoming many difficulties, with the spirit of solidarity and high efforts of the collective of officials, employees, and laborers, the Company basically completed all set production and business targets; jobs and lives of workers were ensured to be stable, with an average income of 15.5 million VND/person/month.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, employees received an average bonus of 27 million VND/person, showing the practical concern of businesses for employees.
Speaking at the visit and working session, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of effort and overcoming difficulties of the leadership and employees of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company; and praised the positive results of the enterprise in maintaining stable production, associated with taking good care of the material and spiritual life of employees.
The President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour emphasized the important role of emulation movements for good labor, creative labor, along with initiatives and technical improvements in improving productivity, quality and business efficiency.
At the same time, he requested the Company and Trade Union organizations at all levels to continue to pay attention to encouraging and creating favorable conditions for workers to promote initiatives and creativity; promote the movement to improve techniques and rationalize production; promptly honor and reward collectives and individuals with effective initiatives, thereby spreading the spirit of innovation and creativity, contributing to building sustainable business development and improving income for workers.
On behalf of the leaders of Vietnam National Chemical Group, Mr. Nguyen Van Quy respectfully thanked the attention and timely encouragement of the leaders of the VGCL; and affirmed that the Group and its member units will continue to closely coordinate with the trade union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang directly presented meaningful Tet gifts to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances of the Company, showing the deep concern of the Party, State, Trade Union organization and leaders at all levels for the lives of workers, contributing to helping workers celebrate Tet warmer and more fulfillingly.
