Voter Le Hong Thanh - My Huong ward is concerned about the issue of patients needing to transfer to a higher level of health insurance. In fact, patients want to transfer to a higher level to enjoy the best quality of medical examination and treatment. However, current regulations do not allow direct transfer from the grassroots level to the higher level. Therefore, Mr. Le Hong Thanh recommends that the authorities should create conditions for people to have health insurance examination widely, not limited to medical levels nationwide.
At the meeting in Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, voters were also concerned about current issues. These were inadequacies in textbook management, policy loan support for students in difficult circumstances, customer safety when depositing money at banks, illegal construction, the validity of provincial planning...
Voter Doan Thi Gai in My Huong ward cited the current lack of uniformity in the compilation of textbooks, with each place and school choosing a different set of books. In particular, the current use of textbooks is still inadequate, causing great waste because students only use the books for 1 year and the following year they have to buy a new set of books.
Receive comments and will forward to competent authority
During the meeting with voters, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, assessed that the people in My Huong ward in particular and the whole province in general have always agreed with the local government in compensation and site clearance for many key projects. Regarding the government's responsibility, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam pledged to make every effort to do the best and most effective policies for the people. Regarding the opinions and aspirations of the people, Mr. Nam said that he would forward them to the competent authorities.
Speaking more about the transfer of health insurance coverage, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam assessed that this is a legitimate wish of the people in many meetings with voters. However, the policy development needs to be carefully considered because the government has invested relatively synchronously in the grassroots health system. The spirit is that local health facilities can meet the people's medical examination and treatment needs relatively fully.
Regarding subsidies for students with difficult families to borrow preferential loans from policy banks, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam assessed that this humane policy has been implemented by the Party and the State for a long time and will continue. Mr. Nam affirmed that the loan procedures have always been streamlined by policy banks but must meet specific criteria. For specific cases, policy banks must have a propaganda and communication program so that people can listen, know how to approach and contact.
