In Article 24, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs proposes that from January 1, 2026, issue social insurance numbers electronically to social insurance participants. Paper social insurance books are only issued when requested by the employee. The social insurance book contains basic personal information of the employee , records the payment, benefits and settlement of benefits according to the provisions of this law.
Transactions can be recognized using electronic social insurance books from 2026
