News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on September 22nd said: The City Labor Federation organized a conference to propagate and establish the grassroots Trade Union of Ba Thanh Da Nang Joint Stock Company, located in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park.
At the conference, the City Labor Federation announced the decision to admit 13 employees of Ba Thanh Da Nang Joint Stock Company into the Trade Union organization; announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Ba Thanh Da Nang Joint Stock Company and appointed the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union.
Also at the program, new union members were propagated and disseminated about the position, role, functions, and tasks of the Trade Union organization; and were informed about the rights, interests and responsibilities of union members in the process of participating in trade union activities.
Speaking at the conference, representatives of the City Labor Federation congratulated the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Ba Thanh Da Nang Joint Stock Company; and at the same time requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to quickly stabilize the organization, develop appropriate operating programs, and pay attention to caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Ba Thanh Da Nang Joint Stock Company and the new admission of 13 union members into the Trade Union organization contributed to expanding the Trade Union organization in the enterprise, creating an additional address to gather, accompany and care for employees.
