During Workers' Month 2025, Mr. Tien and the Executive Board of the Trade Union advised the Board of Directors of the company to create conditions and organize a "Thank you to workers" meal for 4,600 people. Each meal costs about 50,000 VND, for a total value of 230 million VND.

Not only does he do a good job of protecting the legitimate rights of workers, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien and the Executive Committee of the company's Trade Union also organize many practical activities to care for the lives of union members. Recently, the grassroots trade union has provided difficulty allowances to 15 cases of serious illnesses at a cost of 5 million VND/case. Organized a donation for 1 union member with cancer, the total amount of support from colleagues was nearly 70 million VND.

Organized communication and reproductive health care for 326 female workers, with a total amount of encouragement and support of 37.4 million VND.

In addition, Mr. Tien and the Trade Union organized cultural and artistic playgrounds for workers in the company. Organize a company-wide sports festival with folk games such as: tug of war, 100m running, unified trains, and sack jumping. The contests attracted hundreds of workers to participate. Create space for union members and workers to connect with each other.

Many Union meals connect employees with businesses

With prestige, the union chairmen have proposed and, together with the business owners, organized the "Union Meal" program. Many units organize meals for over 100,000 VND/meal. The meal was attended by representatives of enterprises, trade unions and all union members. Through the meal, it helps workers and business owners understand and share with each other, strengthening solidarity in the factory.

Recently, he has organized many meaningful programs such as conference to promote and hang banners on occupational safety and hygiene, sports festival "Happy Workers - Healthy 2025" with more than 70 athletes participating, "Creative Workers" contest recognizing 11 innovation initiatives, bringing value of nearly 3 billion VND to businesses.

In particular, Mr. Tien coordinated to organize a "Union Meal" worth 110,000 VND/meal, contributing to strengthening the connection between workers and the Union organization and the enterprise.

In Tan Uyen city, with her prestige, Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Cua It - Ahoa Technology Company Limited has proposed and was approved by the Company's Board of Directors to organize a "Union Meal" for all of more than 1,000 employees. On average, each meal costs more than 100,000 VND. Notably, this enterprise organizes a "Union Meal" once a month. In early June 2025, Ms. Le Thi Huong also proposed that the company give workers 100,000 VND/person as gifts, giving about 600 gifts worth 200,000 VND/student who are children of workers on the occasion of the Children's International Day.
