In the first 6 months of 2025 alone, the grassroots trade union and grassroots trade unions have spent over VND23.8 billion to care for workers in difficult circumstances; implemented the welfare program "Selling at a discount for 2,000 union members and workers", and provided reproductive health check-ups for female workers.

The work of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions has been focused on promoting. In the first 6 months of the year, 6 grassroots trade unions were established, developing 1,995 union members.
