With the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering in entering a new era" and "Strengthening assessment, identification of risks and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace", this year, the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Vinh Phuc province has concretized it with practical and effective activities to care for workers; organizing dialogues, listening to the thoughts, aspirations and proposals, negotiating with employers, committing to better guaranteed rights and welfare for workers.
Effectively implement measures to reduce risks of occupational safety and hygiene, improve working conditions; take care of workers' health, minimize occupational accidents and diseases. At the same time, promote propaganda, build a team of confident, intellectual workers, who are increasingly strong, modern, and courageous to enter a new era - the era of national growth.
Within the framework of the launching ceremony, the Vinh Phuc Industrial Parks Trade Union organized a gift-giving ceremony for 200 workers in especially difficult circumstances; provided free health check-ups for workers; organized a Teambuilding contest for nearly 1,000 workers and opened the final round of the 2025 Women's/ Men's Workers' Football Tournament.
