On May 19, information from the Cam Duong Ward Trade Union said that the unit had just organized a working session with the grassroots Trade Union of The Light Academy Bilingual Kindergarten and the School Board of Directors to grasp the ideological and life situation of union members and workers.
At the working session, the working delegation focused on reviewing the implementation of regimes and policies related to employees; obligations on social insurance, funds and union dues at this non-public unit.
Representatives of the school said that the operation process still faces many difficulties, especially pressure on initial investment capital, affecting the progress of implementing some obligations according to regulations for employees in the past time.

On that basis, the Cam Duong Ward Trade Union exchanged and listened to opinions from the grassroots trade union; and at the same time requested the investor, the Board of Directors and the school's Trade Union to develop a suitable recovery roadmap, and gradually fully implement regimes and policies for employees according to regulations.
The working delegation also requested the school to continue to closely coordinate with the trade union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations at non-public educational institutions.
The school representative has received the opinions and committed to developing a plan to overcome and gradually complete the related obligations according to regulations.
